TRUST THE PROCESS…..
Another year has gone by and here I am coming up to yet another Birthday! They say to measure your success by how much fun you’re having…….. And boy what a fun year this has been!!!!
For me this year has been all about having fun and my continuation to grow, learning to let go of the things I cannot control and trusting the process!!
I can say I have learnt a lot this year and become into a better person for myself. I have learnt to let go, and feel ok with letting go, it actually takes a huge weight off my shoulders and I am sure it will do the same for you once you master this! If you try to control everything, you are not only adding to more stress and work for yourself, but you are also setting yourself up for disappointment when things do not go your way or do not work in the way you wish to control them to. Try to adopt the mind-set that ‘If it comes……Let it. If it goes……Let it.’
I believe we all have our own destiny to live, and as much as it is important to set goals in life and strive to achieve them, you must remember that we might not achieve them in the exact way or time we planned to. So no matter how precisely you planed it, your destiny is written and there is nothing you can do to change it. You have to learn to let go and believe that if we are not happy with the way something took place, then remember that something better is coming along the way.

That way you can understand why certain things happened the way they did, why certain people came into our life or left the time they did, why certain actions or opportunities took place when they did, it all revolves around the lesson they are meant to teach us, whether it is good or bad.
Which comes to my quote about TRUSTING THE PROCESS! Trust that everything is happening for a reason. Trust that no matter how long or short the time is, you are being guided in the right direction. Earl Nightingale once said ‘’ Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to achieve it. This time will pass anyway!’’ So keep in mind, the process is there for a reason. SO BE PATIENT! Believe that whatever you want to achieve will happen and come to pass at the right time and in the right way, as long as you keep striving for it and not giving up! So work hard, but don’t get frustrated or give up when immediate results do not happen straight away. Giving up because of one set back it like slashing your other three tires because you got one flat. So trust the journey and trust the process.
