Sexy Legs Workout


It's that time of year again where we are going to bust out the skirts, shorts and skinny jeans!

Get your defined lower body workout here to show off your sexy legs.

Complete this workout 3 times a week. Perform 3 sets of each circuit.

Beginners

Jumping Jacks 30-45sec

Step Ups on a single step 30-45sec

Pelvice Raises X 12 reps

Squats (perform them slowly 2 sec down - 2 sec up) X 12 reps

Side Lunges X 12 reps each

Lying on your side, legs straight perform 10 Leg Circles forward and 10 circles backwards

On your hands and knees, Leg Kickbacks X 10 reps + pulses for 30 sec

Standing Hip Extenstions X 20 reps each

Jumping Jacks 30-45sec

Step Ups on a single step 30-45sec

REST

Advanced

Jump Rope 2 mins

Run Up Stairs 1 min

Squat Jumps X 15 reps

Reverse Lunge + Knee Lift X 10 reps each

Plie Squats X 15 reps

Cross Over Lunges X 10 reps each

Single Leg Pelvic Raises X 15 reps each

Single Leg Squats X 10 reps each

Jump Rope 2 mins

Run Up Stairs 1 min

REST.
