 Hi, I’m Denise! 
I’m passionate about helping women in peri-menopause achieve hormonal balance and reclaim their lives! With over 20 years in the fitness industry and my own experience overcoming hormonal imbalance after having my son, I truly understand the struggles many women face—lack of support, frustration, and confusion about what’s really going on in your body.

 

As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Primal Flow Instructor, and Metabolic & Hormonal Balance Specialist with a Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, I am dedicated to helping women achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My passion lies in empowering women to feel confident, energized, and in control of their bodies.

I’ve honed my skills globally, studying and working at the Australian Institute of Fitness and collaborating with doctors in London to deepen my knowledge of hormonal balance. These experiences have reinforced my belief that one method does NOT fit all, especially when it comes to women navigating hormonal changes.

I specialize in supporting women struggling with weight loss due to hormonal imbalances, guiding them to achieve their physical, mental, and emotional goals.

 

Whether through tailored workouts, nutritional guidance, or stress management strategies, I help my clients unlock their potential and thrive.
